Native Voices-Secret History
About the Production
Native Voices-Secret History explores experiences of members of Native American nations, examining both the common misconceptions and stereotypes of native communities by outsiders, but also exploring the similarities and differences within cultures, traditions, and experiences of Native peoples. Cast members in Native Voices – Secret History came from Haskell Indian Nations University and the local Lawrence Native American community, and represented a range of tribal, geographic, generational and personal backgrounds.
