About the Production
Beyond Sacred: Voices of Muslim Identity illuminates the daily experiences of five Muslim Americans who came of age in a post-9/11 society, as they build their lives in a time of continued fear of and violence towards Muslims. The cast members are from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds and reflect a wide range of Muslim identities Beyond Sacred illuminates the daily lives of Muslim Americans in an effort to work toward greater dialogue and understanding among and between Muslim and non-Muslim communities.
