About the Production

Skin - A State of Being is a poetic, anthropological look at homo sapiens that employs a distancing conceit. It is a select view of earthlings in disguise. The work is a multi-media work framed as disconnected “snapshots” of a species of amphibians with humanoid bodies and amphibian heads. In the course of the evening, we get glimpses of a world that is alternately strange and familiar.
