Ping Chong adapts the Akira Kurosawa masterpiece for the stage in 2010, the centennial of Kurosawa's birth. World premiere as part of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's 75th Anniversary Season, followed by a New York premiere at Brooklyn Academy of Music's Next Wave Festival, part of BAm's 150th season.
